Called Google Calendar, it lets you organize your day, your weeks and your months completely, allowing you to be reminded of any appointment or event via email, or even SMS message. But what if you got fed up of opening it in a new tab while browsing?

GCal Popup is a new extension that brings Google Calendar right into Firefox, so that you can access it without changing the webpage you are currently browsing on.

After you install it, a small icon appears in the bottom right of your screen: by clicking it, you will open a big frame that almost covers the whole browser.

Here you can add appointments, change your day schedule, create events, and everything you would have been able to do on the original Google Calendar’s page.

GCal Popup is obviously free, and it is definitely worth a try!

CoLT is a Firefox extensions that adds two menu items to the browser’s context menu, both of which are only visible when right-clicking a hyperlink, that makes it easy to copy links from any webpage.

The “Copy Link Text” menu item copies a hyperlink’s associated text to the clipboard, while the “Copy Link Text and Location” menu item copies both the hyperlink’s text and URL to the clipboard in the format you choose: either as plain text, as an HTML hyperlink, or as a custom format (which you may specify).

Google Redesigned is a Firefox extension by Globex Designs that totally integrates the famous code in a standalone application, which gives GMail and GCal a new face.

After you install it and restart your browser, a new icon will appear in the right bottom of the screen, which will allow you to easily enable one of the two codes, update the source and submit bugs.

Undo Closed Tabs Button is a Firefox add-on that you can use to actually browse the history of your recent closed tabs.

After you install it, you must add the toolbar button by going to View>Toolbars> Customize, then drag and drop the icon where you want it on the toolbar.: everytime you click that button, the last closed up will open again, like if you were pressing the Ctrl+Shift+R combination but, if you click the little arrow next to it, you will be shown the actual history.

You can personalize the extension deciding how many tabs it’ll keep in memory (up to 99), which buttons to show (tab bar button, right click menu) and whether to remove the history from the button.

Fast Dial is a Firefox add-on that replaces the “about:blank” page with a panel of thumbnails of your favorite sites.

Click on an empty cell, assign a site URL, and click OK: a thumbnail will be generated for a site. You can also add sites opened in browser or existing bookmarks by right-clicking them and choosing “Add to Fast Dial” from context menu.

Now every time your browser starts, you will be able to choose where to go with a glance among your favorite sites.

Blank Canvas Gmail Signatures is a Firefox add-on that automatically inserts HTML signatures into your Gmail messages letting you select which signature you want to use, thanks to a tag system, from four presets that you can freely edit.

All you need to use is a minimal preparation with HTML, and if you don’t have this, Blank Canvas Gmail Signatures provides you a simple and basic introduction to HTML coding language

Let me show you how to use it:

• First of all you need to be registered to Firefox Add-ons. Once you are registered, just install the add-on and restart Firefox.




• Now the only thing to do is to open Gmail and compose a new message.




• Just below the “send” button you will see three other buttons. Good, this is the add-on!!

  
  




• The first button allows you to choose which signature set to include in the message. You can create four signatures, so that you can have a signature for work, one for your friends and use the others as best as you think.

  




• The second button allows you to create a new signature, or to modify an existing one.

  




• The third and last button shows you a list of options, where you can rename the four tags that match the different signatures for you to easily recognize them.

  




• When you click the button to start making a new signature you will see two boxes over the email message field: the first box is where you have to write your signature in HTML language, and the second box is where you can see the real-time preview of what your creation will look like.

  

Thanks to Blank Canvas Gmail Signatures you can now have a very cool HTML Sigmature for your Gmail account. And it’s very simple to use, so everyone can use html signature in his e-mal.

AnyColor is a Firefox extension that allows you to easily change the skin-color of your browsers with a click of a button.

After you install it, a new button will show in the top right of the Window, and it’ll let you control all the available colors that you can pick from. You can choose from a variety of presets, or create your own theme from scratch.

There’s nothing much to say, apart from “go and check it out for yourself!”

Ctrl-Tab is a Firefox extension that allows you to switch between tabs with the old ctrl-tab key combination with a new cool visual effect.

You can have a preview of the tab you are opening, close it on the fly, and also have a glance at all the open tabs by pressing ctrl+alt+A, which will open a page where all the tabs are shown as a grid, so that you can easily find the one you are looking for, close the unwanted ones, or even make filtered researches between them.

Fire.fm is a Firefox extension that gives you access to the massive music library on Last.fm, so that you can completely control your music player from your Firefox toolbar.

After you install it, you will see a new toolbar right under the address bar, which will give you complete control over your Last.fm account:

• You can log-in into your account to load your favorite stations and songs.

  




• You can create new stations with a single button, and control the player easily.

  




• Songs can be voted by clicking the love or ban button, in order to create your perfect station.

  

Information about the currently playing song can be displayed when it starts in the bottom right of the screen or with the drop down menu in the toolbar.
