Oosah, the free file sharing service, which offered you 2GB of file storage, has recently updated the free plan to 1TB (1 TeraByte=1000GB).

After a free registration,you can upload any type of file, from music to videos, without worrying anymore about how big a file is.

You can also import your files from other sharing services, such as Flickr, YouTube, Picasa and Facebook. Every file can be shared and made public through a sharing link, but you can’t share folders yet.

There’s not much more to say, as I haven’t really explored all of the functionalities that this fantastic service offers, but for sure I can tell you that you better hurry and get your free account now!

Fileai.com is a free website that allows you to exchange files of any size just using a browser, without the need of uploading anything on the net.

It is really easy to use, whether you have to send or receive a file:

If you are about to send one or more files to someone, just select them and, without waiting a second, start sharing the link to your friends.

Bomomo is a free website that you can use to express yourself freely creating abstract art works easily just using your browser.

Its simple interface comes with a white space where you can draw, an instruments bar that lets you select your “paintbrushes” to create your masterpiece.

You can then save you work of art in PNG or JPG format, or simply erase everything you did and start over.

MeBeam comes just a simple website in its look, with a central box and some other buttons, but in reality it is a powerful collaboration tool that allows you to create video chat rooms for up to 16 people.

After you type a name into the box, it will automatically create a video conferencing room for up to 16 people.

You can then invite other people to join the room by giving them the room’s URL: all they’ll need is a web browser, Flash player, a webcam and a microphone.

The service is completely free to use, and can be used without any registration.

Twiddla is a free web-based whiteboarding software, but also a complete online collaboration solution for every team that needs to communicate in real-time over the internet by chatting, talking, co-browsing pages, and whiteboarding.

After you start a new meeting by clicking the button on the home page and setting it up deciding whether it’ll be a public or password protected meeting, you can invite as many people as you want by sharing the URL (and the related password if necessary) via email, IM, or phone, or simply by clicking “Invite People” and typing their email addresses in.

Now that your meeting has started and has people inside, you just have to choose what to do:

Sometimes we would love to carry those document with us, but it is not always possible as you might forget your hard memory at home or lose it somewhere in the streets.

And we would need other people to review that document, but we can’t be bothered sending that document to ten people, waiting for their reply and mixing all the modified versions together.

xyWrite.it is a free web-based collaborative writing tool, that anyone can use to create and store text documents online, letting other people work on them, just using an Internet connection and your favorite browser.

Without even registering to the service, you can create a new document in seconds by providing a title, your name and email, and a password for your team to open the document.

The editor will then be opened, and you can start writing your document. On the top of the page, you will notice three buttons:

1. Edit: Turns on editing mode for the current document.
2. Invite People: Lets invite people via email, instead of sharing the URL you are provided just below this button.



3. Export: Lets you export your document in RTF, PDF and HTML format.

On the right column of the page, people can leave comments, and cal also browse other people that have been invited, as well as all of the modified versions of the document.

File Qube is a file sharing service that anyone can use to share any type of file. Depending if you are registered or not, you can send files up to 500MB and have your personal 2GB space where you can create folders and upload any file in them that you can then share with a public link. So I opened Firefox, and started looking for something that would solve my issue, and I found it!!

I discovered that it’s full of online converters out there in the immense universe of the Internet. Converters that can catch any file and turn it into another, no matter what format you want.

These are the best FREE web-based file converters that I found during my research, and I am going to show you how they work, even if they all are deadly simple to use.

ZamZar

ZamZar is a free online file conversion service that anyone can use to convert images, documents, videos, music, and compressed files online, in almost any known file format (click here for the complete available formats list), just using a web-browser, with no registration needed.

Its interface is probably the most intuitive, allowing to convert your file in just four easy steps:

1. “Select files or URL to convert“: The first step lets you select the file you wish to convert, up to 100MB. You can provide its URL or simply select the file from your hard-disk.



2. “Choose the format to convert to“: Second step is to select the output format. From the dropdown menu, just select the file type you want.



3. “Enter your email address to receive converted files“: After you selected the file and the format it is going to be converted into, you’ll just need to provide a valid email address where a download link will be sent for you to get your file.



4. “Convert“: Last and fastest step, but most important, is to click the button convert!

Here’s what to do to convert files:
